Refund Policy

We only offer refunds on products that:

• are not the product you ordered(we sent you the wrong item)
• are sent to you already damaged(does not include being damaged by shipper)

We also offer some refunds on shipping cost whenever shipping is, for some reason, calculated wrong and it is an unusually high dollar amount.

We do not offer refunds or returns on completed wreaths or wreath kits.
